When you first deposit money, we open a secure unique wallet just for you. Your funds remain there and are only accessible using the wallet that deposit it. When you start a wager the money will be moved from your wallet to a secure contract that will handle sending the money to the match winner. You can withdraw funds from your wallet at any time.

You can delete your account at any time from the profile page. Make sure to withdraw any funds still in your connected wallet as the will be lost.

By sending a comfortable amount of money, usually 10-50 USDT, you could speed up match creation, as we wouldn't need to process an additional money transfer check from your wallet.

Match wait times depend on player availability. We are actively working to grow our community and reduce waiting times.

You could press the cancel match button at any time before the match is found and started.

Please gather as much proof as possible by taking pictures and recording your opponent cheating and send it to our email support@coinbattle.com. We will do our best to ensure fair gameplay by banning the cheater ASAP.

Our team decided to deactivate your account due to suspicion of cheating, if you would like to file a complaint you could contact our support via support@coinbattle.com. You can still withdraw money from our smart contract vault, but you can't play games anymore.

The Smart Contract Vault allows you to deposit your cryptocurrency into a secure, personal vault within our platform that is created only for your use. This eliminates the need for constant withdrawals and deposits from your external wallet. When you're ready to play a match, smart contracts will simply utilize the funds from your vault, making gameplay more seamless and convenient. (Only you and the totally decentralised smart contract will have access to the funds, no human involved!)
