3. Platform Role

CoinBattle operates as a non-custodial facilitator. We do not hold, custody, or control user funds at any time. All wagers are executed through smart contracts where users maintain complete control of their cryptocurrency until match outcomes are determined.

4. Eligibility Requirements

To use the Platform, you must:
• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding online wagering
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency wagering is prohibited

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:
• Maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys
• All transactions initiated from your wallet address
• Understanding the risks associated with cryptocurrency transactions
• Ensuring your use of the Platform complies with local laws
• Any taxes or reporting obligations related to your winnings

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not:
• Use the Platform for money laundering or illegal activities
• Manipulate match outcomes or engage in match-fixing
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent platform limitations
• Attempt to exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended functionality
• Use automated systems or bots to gain unfair advantages
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Platform

7. Smart Contract Interactions

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that:
• All transactions are executed via blockchain smart contracts
• Smart contract transactions are irreversible once confirmed
• You are responsible for reviewing transaction details before confirmation
• Network fees (gas costs) are required for blockchain transactions
• We are not responsible for smart contract bugs or blockchain network issues

8. Match Results and Disputes

Match results are determined by our oracle service based on actual game outcomes. In the event of a dispute:
• You may submit evidence within 24 hours of match completion
• We reserve the right to review match data and make final determinations
• Emergency refunds may be issued at our sole discretion
• Decisions regarding disputed matches are final

9. Fees

The Platform charges a service fee on completed wagers. Fee structures are displayed before you authorize any transaction. Fees are automatically deducted when match winnings are distributed.

10. Platform Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service but do not guarantee:

• Error-free operation

11. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for losses due to wallet security breaches
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to the Platform

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CoinBattle, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable laws
• Your infringement of any third-party rights

13. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect minimal personal information and do not store your private keys or access your funds.

14. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if:
